You must be 18 or older to provision a phone number — it's the law for DID provisioning. Misuse of a provisioned number can carry regulatory fines of up to $4,000 per violation; responsibilities are spelled out in the Terms of Agreement. Agent-hour packages are non-refundable. Voice service only in v1 — SMS/texting is not included and will launch after carrier registration. US calling only; premium and international numbers are blocked. Minutes are metered per line with daily caps.
